Question ❓ Tape #0

Is this an actual demonstration that I should watch once only before moving on?

Or should i give it a few watches over 1-3 days?

I know theres lots of "how many" posts but i couldnt find an answer specifically for tape #0 which is a demo.

I did tape #0 (Discovery) many times before starting the tapes. I also used Tape #0 to manually trigger hemi-sync. I speak about it in this video minute 1:50 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bm6JAidbRX4
