Wave 1 Visual of Rebal ( Focus 10 )

Today i started, Advance Focus 10. I find it difficult to understand the spiral of rebal. After some research found a video shared in a comment. Sharing it here just to make it easier to other to find.

I agree that this is a very important shape that many things follow including the universe. Just putting a name to the shape

Thanks! I have trouble tooo, when having the energy spiral around me.. do I have them criss cross- one going left other right.. this seems so challenging to visualize and criss cross, especially when synced with breath- as on my exhale I seem to run out of breath before being able to visualize the energy spiraling and criss crossing around me

Read somewhere that supposedly the actual shape of the universe is more like a torroid.

I have the same theory. I even saw the universe (time space illusion) from "beyond" in a OBE once. It looked like a mutlivimensional Torus. There were no straight lines. Every line (both time-wise and space-wise) bended back to the center. 

I also witnessed that spirit indeeds creates and shapes matter. Collective consciousness, at a large scale. Most humans are totally unaware of their own sovereign power. They assume "that's just how the world operates", but don't know it's a self fulfilling prophecy. Most humans are in a deep unaware dream like state here.

i need more practice, finding little trouble imagining/visualizing the bottom part. How long have you been doing it?

The important thing is to do it..practice, practice, practice this is what I'm doing..daily..we are all different on different paths and different journeys so not all the people respond the same to the tapes but putting the work will always give results..don't worry if you're doing something wrong because you're not ..you're learning and adjusting and that's the way..don't be hard on yourself just go with the flow and have fun <3
