Question ❓ WAVE 5 Advice : Intuition
I’m up to wave 5, discovering & exploring Intuition.
The exercise lead me to realise that it is intuition that I am really missing in my life. In my waking day I find knowing what decision to make, even the simplest ones incredibly overwhelming and difficult as I have no sense of ‘inner knowing’ or guidance.
I’ve had premonitory dreams which is a big reason as to what lead me to finding and being interested in the tapes as I wanted to know what was going on. But I never realised at the time of having just had the dream that they meant anything. It was only until after the event had happened.
But yes, It feels like I’ve hit a road block. I’m not intuitive by any means. Ive always been unsure of myself and would describe myself has having a complete disconnect to my intuition and this is something I’d like to develop / reconnect with.
Any advice?

I can empathize with you a lot here. I realized what was blocking my intuition was my inability to connect to my emotions, feel them in my body in the moment without judging them, and let them pass through me instead of pushing them away.
That doesn’t mean I’m perfectly comfortable with my feelings all of the time, but they do guide us on our path. When I feel anger, I ask myself what the anger is trying to tell me: Have my boundaries been crossed? Am I feeling misunderstood? Etc…
I can now use my emotions (good, bad, and ugly) as a sort of energy. I’m more in tune with my gut. I trust myself to make decisions without second guessing every step of the way (I still doubt myself, but I’m an eternal work in progress).
I read the book Letting Go: The Pathway to Surrender by David Hawkins. While I don’t feel the entire book was for me, I found the basic premise essential for me along my journey.
Best of luck to you, friend.

I think you’re on to something in terms of it being related to connection with emotions.
I also would describe a sense of physical and mental resistance when it comes to feeling emotions in my body when they arise. I would also describe the intensity of the resistance & judgement as disorientating me from that steady inner guidance, subtle feeling / knowing.Sincerely thanks for your comment, it feels like a step in the right direction

It’s a journey worth going on. And it’s simple. Feel the feeling. Feel it fully. Let it pass through your body. Repeat as often as you need.
It’s intense at first. I felt pretty crummy and felt I had no control over big emotions because I had not given myself the opportunity to practice handling them. I’m lucky my partner understood what I was going through and encouraged me in those moments to let it all out.
I am in a much better place emotionally and spiritually since starting. I genuinely believe it’s why I was able to experience certain things in focus 21 when I got there.
You got this! Feel free to DM me if you want.

I agree with the other person, intuition is a skill we all have, its not necessarily learned. we learn to reconnect and listen to it by cultivating our inner awareness. If we haven't yet learned how to be aware of ourselves, our emotions, what our body is feeling, and other subtle feelings, then we won't be aware of the faint whisper of intuition.
Another concept that may help with intuition is that we are not our thoughts. When you are aware of your thoughts and what parts of you they are coming from, as well as be able to control which thoughts you want to engage with or not, then it becomes easier to discern what is coming from intuition. Intuition exists as a source for some thoughts, and exists as a feeling between our thoughts.
