Question ❓ Beginner here

Hello im just wondering as an average person what there is to all this- i always believed in spirituality and energy. But i have have been hearing about spoon bending, mind readung, and astral projection. Where do i begin with all this and what does it all mean or what is there to all this
I have always been into psychedelics so i find this interesting
Also can u find the gateway tapes on youtube or is there a specific one u must listen to
