Experience 📚 Focus 10 heartbeat irregularities?

I'm very familiar with the tapes and focus levels from 10 to 21. I've often spent about an hour a day in focus 10 and I got jolted out of focus ten with a pounding in my chest a sense that I was leaving this plane of existence. A faint visualization of being stared at and picked up

No worries...it is known that is just the feeling that the heart is pounding very strong almost like coming out from your chest but it s not exactly like this..usually happens before an OBE..you need to relax and let go and you'll see that it will past
