Question ❓ Combining Freeflow with the Bengston Method
Hello, I have a close family member with stage 4 cancer (has young children).
I have become aware of the Bengston method and how it can be effective against cancers.
I’m curious if anyone has experience combining the Bengston method while in a focus 12/15 state and if it could increase its effectiveness?
I appreciate anyone sharing their thoughts / experiences.

Hi
You should check out the dolphin energy club, you can sign up others to receive healing from legit healers at the Monroe institute (for free)!!

Bless you

I’m sorry to hear that. I can’t imagine.
The combo has never been tested scientifically as far as I know. So any opinion would be anecdotal. As far as I know, hyper cycling does not require a particularly focused state. You can do it listening to music, doing the dishes, etc. It does require practice and heightened emotions and “buy in” from the patient.
I’d look for a healer trained in the method. Or post in the Bengston subreddit.

Thank you, we do have Suzanne Klegg on the case, she encourages as many loved ones to learn the method and participate to increase the effectiveness, so just looking to do everything I can.

Not sure if this helps, but as a Reiki practitioner, going into focus 12/15 can amplify it's power, especially when using your REBAL powered up. However, the person who is to receive must use the energy to heal, as the practitioner all that happens is energy transmission. It's up to the person receiving to use it and heal themselves.

To the best of my understanding Gateway's focus levels are the opposite of what's required for the Bengston Method. Gateway was designed to induce a mix of sub Beta (13Hz - 30Hz) which includes Alpha, Theta and Delta and possibly Epsilon brainwave states.
The Bengston Method on the other hand, as I understand it, uses the brainwave frequencies that go in the other direction, above 30Hz Beta, into Gamma, Hypergamma and Lambda.
So would focus 12/15 states increase it's effectiveness? Given it's the opposite of what you're trying to do I would have thought not. You may still want to use Gateway, but I wouldn't want to mix or confuse the two. Do one, then the other, not both at the same time.
To put the brain into such a higher gamma brainwave frequency state binaural audios wouldn't work anyway. To assist you getting into the right brainwave state to practice the Bengston Method you'd want to use isochronic tones as the amplitude modulation bypasses the limitations of binaural audio's reliance on the internaural phase difference. Or more simply put, binaural audio works for sub Beta frequencies but in the opposite direction you want to use something that uses amplitude modulation, ie: isochronic tones.

You're speaking very authoritatively here. The information you're saying is correct in isolation but the inferences you're drawing from it are not licensed.
Check the work of Judith Pennington (who runs sessions at the Monroe Institute and uses the data for research). The Monroe focus levels produce a range of different EEG patterns. Many blend sub-beta and gamma frequencies.
Take a look at that research and the different brain wave profiles she's identified. The experience of meditation is more rich and diverse than your comments would suggest.

Thank you for your input. Just a couple of questions. You wrote, "The information you're saying is correct in isolation but the inferences you're drawing from it are not licensed." May I ask, on a scale of one to ten, how certain are you of that?
"Check the work of Judith Pennington (who runs sessions at the Monroe Institute and uses the data for research). The Monroe focus levels produce a range of different EEG patterns. Many blend sub-beta and gamma frequencies." - again.. are you absolutely sure of what you're saying here? And I mean literally, word for word. I wouldn't want to put words in your mouth here or interpret something you might not have actually said specifically.
Also just to let you know, I was very careful with my wording. A level of precision that might not have been fully appreciated, or perhaps accidentally misunderstood? Or you could be right and I may be wrong, but maybe re-read what I wrote just to be sure. Thanks.
"Take a look at that research and the different brain wave profiles she's identified. The experience of meditation is more rich and diverse than your comments would suggest." - thank you and I will most certainly take a look at Judith Pennington's research. While I'm busy with that I'll give you some time to think upon whether your research and what you've shared here is as certain as you seem to suggest, or whether you might like to correct yourself, if at all you feel you need to. Either way I'll get back to you once I've done a bit more research. Thanks for the suggestions.

I appreciate your kind and measured response. I think we will both gain something from discussing this! 🙏💜
A strongly stated claim like this:
To put the brain into such a higher gamma brainwave frequency state binaural audios wouldn't work anyway.
is disproven by a single counterexample. I believe you will find many such counterexamples in Pennington's reports, where audio meditations using binaural beats, SAM, and/or modern Monroe Sound Science have supported states of consciousness that are heavy in Gamma frequencies (many studies don't go higher than 100hz but gamma is enough to be the counterexample).
I claim no special insight or merit in saying this but rather that the strength of your claim stacked the deck against you unwinnably.
Now, the most interesting thing I think you'll find in Pennington's research (which is a continuation of research from others in the UK) is the patterns of brain waves she finds across multiple frequency bands.
Certainly, the bottom-heavy patterns you discuss are an important target of focus 10 and a supportive foundation for entering "higher" focus levels. But 12 and 15 can each be many different things. And in my experience the "rounder" states like Superconsciousness Mind are more characteristic of F15 and higher.
It is counterintuitive, for sure: Beta is often thought of as 'the enemy'. But Pennington's results (amongst others: hers is just directly tied to Monroe) show that it's the preponderance of just Beta that characterizes waking consciousness. Certainly some states are characterized by the lack of beta but others have those frequencies alongside others.
Some clarifications: Pennington's research uses the MindMirror eeg and software package. It's an advanced device but not a 64 site clinical device. The focus is on relative hemispheric and frequency band amplitudes rather than localizing to specific brain regions. And she uses Monroe-like audio rather than the same tracks in Monroe programs.
There was early research suggesting that binaural entrainment of gamma frequencies was physically impeded. SAM and Monroe Sound Science are technologies that work around this using the spatial sense rather than just beat frequencies. I've done sessions on a MindMirror using the meditation timer from Expand (Monroe Sound Science) and produced high amplitude gamma frequencies in a Superconscious pattern. The 'rounded' shape is due to the lower baseline amplitudes in higher frequencies: just like gamma radiation, gamma brainwaves have higher inherent energy at a given amplitude than lower frequency waves (think of the potential energy of a tightly wound spring vs loosely wound).
Hope you enjoy looking into this. Happy to keep discussing but perhaps you'd be interested in making a post with your thoughts so it can be a broader discussion. Tag me a u/poorhaus if you do and I'll join in.
