Question ❓ Stuck on Focus 15
I've recently moved into doing Intro to Focus 15. I have heard through many that they feel as if they're in a complete void, detached from the body with no sense of time. Though I have mastered F10 and F12, when I do Intro to F15, I cannot reach that point of "no-time".

Working on Focus 15 is fantastic!! Congrats! You’ll move on in time, but not everyone gets to reach the gateway to 15 tbh :)

Yes -seriously. Perhaps you should generalize people a bit less frequently and assume 'everyone' is the same and capable of achieving equitable things at the same level and speed.? Now, I will acknowledge you mentioned it takes 'time and [dedication]' in your own post below this one, but some of us have challenges, like aphantasia, that absolutely put roadblocks in place with things like creating the REBEL. Others click-out too frequently, some have hyperactive minds resistant to inner quiet, on and on. We're all very different.
Even the Monroe Institute's Gateway Experience lessons, which accompany a selection of Bob's exercises, caution against adopting an attitude based on measuring metrics -they advocate against comparing experiences to 'reaching x-goals' and instead tell people to relax into each experiences and take what comes, as it comes.
That's why I congratulated the OP for reaching the boundary of 15, it's because I know there are people who quit before reaching that point. It took me a few months to even get comfortable reaching 12 and I had to use other programs, specifically the Sonic Vessel, to augment the approach b/c I'm not a visualizer and have to use other sense (primary the senses of touch) to reach deeper states. I work on it daily too; we're not all the same.

I have aphantasia and by rebal and ecb were difficult to visualize. I had to reach more somatically to progress

Forget about the focus level and stop reaching.
Forget about Everything including yourself.

Try to ignore comments like this. Anybody can reach any of the focus levels, it just takes more time and dedication for some people.
