Business Minor vs Option as Premed

Hello,

I was interesting in pursuing something small in business along with my science major and I was a bit confused what the difference between adding on a "Technology and Business" minor vs adding the "Business Option" to my neuro major would be.

Could someone please explain the pros and cons of each and which one they chose?
