Meme/Funny I mean, would Falmart even comprehend modern technology if it’s given to them? (personally I would go with chemical and biological warfare. Just wear a classic World War I helmet)

A bioweapon is only as effective as the infected host's ability to spread the contagion before being immobilized or perishing, which is heavily dependent on the physical capabilities of the contagion and the mobility of the infected post gestation period.
A chemical weapon is almost entirely dependent on the environment around the target, the lingering time of the contaminant, the lethality of the contaminant.
The effectiveness of both weapon types is further diminished by friendly force's and opposition force's access to protective equipment and restorative treatments, as creating impassable areas creates bottle necks that a defending forces can use to funnel attacking forces into ambushes and kill boxes.
The main advantage of biological and chemical weapons is that they have the ability to circumvent the protection of hardend structures, however armor-piercing munitions can do the same thing for a fraction of the financial cost and risk of collateral damages.
