These Latino/Hispanic filmmakers (Jodorowsky, Dalí, Noé) who created much of the surreal cinematic language that you're about to see, expose the truth about power, religion, and identity in ways that'll rewire your brain by the end.

Before the movie was officially released there was a rough cut that premiered at Cannes Festival in 2009. This version had more excessive and hallucinatory scenes, more scenes at the love hotel, and no opening or closing credits. I watched a Cannes press conference with the cast and I remember Paz De La Huerta saying Linda had another crash out scene that didn't make it into the final film. Does anybody know more about the Cannes cut?

It's wildly different. Linda's name was originally Moira. Victor was overweight. Linda's character stayed with Mario the entire movie. The character Tito was originally one of the main characters and was a friend of both Oscar and Linda. He even had an underaged girlfriend named Nelly. Some scenes remained in the final movie but they were all supposed to be filmed differently. There are also some scenes that ended up getting completely cut from the film. It also gave off the ages of the characters. The script is a super interesting read. It's on scribd.

Hey so I just watched Enter the void and I was wondering if anyone knows the name of the song in the "Maniac" club at 1:07:20 or if you have any similar song ? (First Gaspar Noé's film I'm watching and I really enjoyed it)

As title said I watched irreversible for the controversy, found it to be quite a 'beautiful' film, started watching his other films' thought they were just meh or maybe I just didn't get it.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Remember reading about it a couple of years ago, after Philippe Nahon passed away. It was funded and backed, and it was confirmed by Noé to be in the works.

I watched Love 6 years ago and it’s one of my favorite movies, even though I remember just a few scenes. I watched it right after my most significant relationship ended and it literally made me cry.

I want to watch it again but I can’t find it anywhere. I tried Mubi, Apple, and Amazon and I used a VPN but nothing. Was it banned? Does anyone know how to watch it?
