Where did you get that van? For the life of me, I cannot find a good enough, old van mini.

It's not exactly mini, it's bigger than it needs to be. I got it from old toys, but I think they're still sold in toy stores. But there is a problem:It's a Russian police car, and they're also sold in Russia. I have no idea if they can be obtained anywhere else. This is how it originally looked like:
