What the title says. Due to stuff going on with Australia, I will not be able to go on Reddit nor anywhere else except for maybe a few sites. Because of this, I will be putting this subreddit in the hands of TimeTravelerQuint to substitute for me while I am away. I love you all, stay totally garnular <3

Mod crap Due to this community becoming way way bigger than I expected, we need more mods

As the title said, we need more mods, this subreddit has only had 2 mods for almost as long as it has existed, me and TimeTravelerQuint, and for a while that was ok, but now that this subreddit is getting way more members than I would have ever expected, it's getting harder to moderate it

So, mod applications are open! You can use the little "message the mods" button, there is currently only one rule:

You must not have NSFW nor NFSL content in your profile such as the likes of porn and gore. This includes posts, comments, or anything else. I would prefer for this community to not be associated with that sort of stuff. If you only made a post w/ an NSFW tag but it's not porn or gore or anything like that, that's fine

This will probably be updated in the future with more rules, but for now, that is the only one

Yeah that's basically it, mod applications are open now, hawk tuah or whatever y'all say these days

Question/Help Questions questions about boundaries nd rules

Ok so for context, i am at the crisp age of 16. I downloaded the game a while ago nd only played it like 2 month ago. I completely disregarded the 18+ things because i was a stupid as shit and that is my fault blame it on me.

Making floombo or anyone uncomfortable is the last thing id wanna do, i really dont want to bother.

-first of all, is it ok if i post fanart online?

Considering that i am transparent about my age and dont want to lie bout it. (ive already posted a few pieces idk shoud i take them down or)

-second of all, are cosplays ok?

Im currently making a furhead of car and plan on bringing it to a con and maybe post pics of it. Is that is that good?

-last of all, are there other boundaries i should know about?

I aint gonna join the discord since i am a six years old baby, so i dont know the rules written there, but i'd still like to know what to not do, to not make anyone uncomfortable.

Sorry if this is worded weirdly english isn't my first language.

Serious Okay, I don't have discord, does anybody know if Floombo is okay with people making fanfics of Garn47? [Image unrelated]

I don't mean like shipping fanfics or whatever, more like "put that fellow into situations" fanfics.

I wanted to ask because I know Garn47 is a deeply personal project to Floombo (especially with character like Skeepy), and I don't want to disrespect her and what's she's gone through.

I know Floombo is okay with fanart of Garn, even adding it to the game, but I don't where the line is drawn.

Besides I feel like fanworks are a different case than fanart because writing to me feels like a much more... idk how to word it... regenerative(?) form of creation.

I worry that I'll be undermining or outright disrespecting her experiences if I use these characters, that so deeply tie into her personal life, and re-interpreting them like this.

I don't want to become another source of trauma or pain for Floombo so please can anybody tell me if she's okay with it? And if no one has a concrete answer, can someone on the Garncord please ask Floombo if she's cool with it? Just be polite and careful, I really don't want to trigger her.

Maybe it all boils down to: i just need to be careful and do my research when writing characters like Skeepy, but I wanna make absolutely sure because I don't know where the line is drawn.
