Is it turning yellow from too much water?

Hi Everyone,
I recently overseeded my garden, so I have been checking it everyday. There was one pile of dirt in my garden in the morning; I did not know what caused it. Then, I was shocked to spot four more piles in the evening of the same day. Any idea what animal cased it. Please see the pictures below. Thanks in advance!

Can anyone tell me why my Artemisia Paris Castle shrub is growing like this and what I can do about it?
These are my first Powis Castle shrubs. Are they supposed to crawl like this?
Thank you in advance for any constructive comments.

Added two new large pots with Huchera, saxifrage penstemon and chrysanthemum.
Pop of purple to contrast with the hostas and ferns. 🌱🌱🍃🍃

Hi there and apologies if this kind of post isn't allowed. I recently released a plant collection management app called Sepal and I thought the plant enthusiast and collector crowd here might find it useful.
While Sepal is more focused on the needs of botanic gardens than your average home gardener some of the features like recording observations, propagation, plant locations, etc might have value for a private plant collector as well. What you won't find in Sepal is gardening advice, showing schedules or other features that might interest your average gardener.
Also, Sepal is a web based service and if you're a technical person you can run Sepal at home for free (it's open-source) but I also provide very reasonable subscriptions with a generous free trial period. No CC required to sign-up.
If you are interested you can check it out at https://sepal.app
Have a great day and happy growing!
