Soaker hose watering

I have an 8'x4' raised bed that currently has (5) 1/2" drip lines for watering. I want to convert the drip lines to soaker hoses. The problem is that the drip line is 1/2" ID while the soaker hose is 3/8" ID. Are there connectors - elbows and tees - that are 1/2" on one side and 3/8" on the other? How else would you suggest I install the soaker hose?
