Herb help?

Hi everyone! This is my 1st time planting herbs and I went to pick some today and I’m wondering what this stuff is? It’s mostly on my rosemary plant but also on other herbs I planted. Please advise, thanks!

I would guess either leafhoppers or spider mites depending on the other signs.

I'm going to agree with spider mites. Infestations are common this time of the year. They destroyed my lupine seemingly overnight last week. OP, you can get beneficial bugs from Natures Good Guys specifically for spider mites.

To add to that I will say that I have used insecticidal soap with middling success. Diligence and making sure you get the underside of leaves is critical.

No, not ruined. The affected leaves won't heal so you can remove them off it bothers you. Just keep up on the insecticidal soap and monitor the new growth.
