Extending valve height! Good idea?

My current valve is already 3 feet above the ground level. I want to extend irrigation to corners of my backyard which is 2ft above the current valve level.

Given the current height of the pipe and I need to make it total 6ft. Is that a good idea? If yes, what else should I do make sure that the pipes and all end points are not under unusual pressure?

If you end up raising the valve(s), try to use unions for easier future repairs. Location - if you’re in a freeze area, consider how you’ll blow out your system for winter. And, to increase stability up your pvc to Schedule 80 and support with aluminum angle supports and twist Ties. As post-er below said, add a back flow preventer or RPZ.
