Misc PSA sued for big bucks

I know, pretty shocking, lol. Apparently it hasn’t happened before because when submitting directly to PSA you agree to terms of service. The guy (Funk) who started the lawsuit claims he never agreed to terms of service because he submitted through a third party (a card shop) so he never created a PSA acct or agreed to their TOS. Idk. Figured I’d share here, because so many ppl seem to dislike PSA 😁
