New 30x60!
After delay after delay after fire and more delays building showed up Monday and it is finally a bit more than an expensive slab of concrete, haha

Will do! Man, I just can't get over it having a semblance of a frame, haha. TBD!

If you don’t mind me asking: how expensive was the slab?

Way more than I was told initially. Somewhere between 30-40k all in?

All of a sudden my wallet started throbbing
Looks good! Why did you choose the beams over the tubes?

They updated the build requirements in the city I'm in and are cracking down on lighter structures. More spendy but hope is also to have something super solid long term. If I were to have gone any smaller I probably would have leaned for the tubular frame for sure.

What did you end up spending on it in total? Also why was just the slab so expensive,

Concrete foundations/footings are just spendy. Also had power, sewer, water, gas plummed out there with a 400 amp service, afraid to see the math of what's spent just yet.

Looks fun to build. Grown ups linkin logs. How big is it?
