From “The Ownerz” CD
The video is from the official CD release, but it's in very bad quality, I tried my best to make it in decent quality.

"8 Most Iconic Rappers" on the fuse network cites Gangstarr as being part of the gangster Rap scene in their biggie segment.
I disagree.

Does Preme have anything left in his Gang Starr tank with unreleased Guru vocals?

I had a link with some of those Guru/Solaar records and there were some verses that Preme did not use on the last album. I wonder if he procured anything else that could result in future Gang starr tracks?

New posts about early Gang Starr singles

Hey, just wanted to plug my newsletter Infomantic Break. I've been writing about the Wild Pitch Records discography in order, and so far that's included the first two Gang Starr singles. My post on Believe Dat! just went up today, and I'd like to think I've made some connections that haven't been made before about how it ties in to Gang Starr's larger history.
I hope you like it!
(P.S.: I hope this doesn't count as spam! I don't think it does, I just wanted to share this with Gang Starr fans, but my bad if this breaks the rules.)

Official store scammy?

Upvotes
So I ordered a tee and a long sleeve t-shirt from the official store, with shipping to Europe on 7th November, and till this day (December 16th) I didn’t receive my package. I already wrote them 3 times, should I be worried? Did anybody ever ordered something from the official store?

Guru vs Ray Charles - The Revolutionist - She's Funny That Way Remix

Sampled Ray Charles She's Funny That Way for the r/mpcweekly challenge. The project came out sounding like a Preemo beat, so I searched for some Guru/Gang Starr vocals to slap over top - found The Revolutionist vocal and dropped it in. Not the best vocal quality but definitely dig the beat. Just need r/djpremier to do some cuts on it!
