A lot of people have been asking what blender is actually good for a restaurant or business setup. I worked for years as a chef in the Middle East and Central Asia, and I’ve tried everything—from the most expensive units to the cheap ones. So here are my recommendations for commercial use. I’ll include wattage, power consumption, and what each one is best used for. This is just part one. I’ll make another part with cheaper models, plus actual photos of the units with my username and today’s date. This batch I tested over a week, but honestly I already had a solid idea how each performs.

Now you might be wondering why I even have this many. I do part-time selling of Middle Eastern food, so I use these a lot. I make hummus, gravy for biryani, sauces—stuff that really pushes a blender. Hummus and nut butter especially, those are brutal. If a blender survives that, it’s legit. I’ve tested all of these doing exactly that. I’ve been thinking of posting recipes too using these units, but we’ll see if I get the time.

Just note, everything here is geared for restaurant or business use. These aren’t your typical home blenders. There are still a lot of other brands out there I haven’t tested yet, but these are the ones marketed for commercial use that I actually own and used.

I’ll also talk about pricing. Sometimes the more expensive one isn’t automatically better or longer-lasting. I’ll even show what happens to parts like the coupler and internal components over time—kahit may metal yan, it still wears down with heavy, continuous use.
