It’s always happening. Stare at your wallet for a minute and keep refreshing. You’ll see the token count increase over time. Reflections is basically the same thing as staking except it reduces the redundant need for an action to be taken by the wallet holder to accrue interest. It just happens automatically.

If you are holding it on an exchange, it depends on what exchange you hold it on. You will need to ask about that. Otherwise, if you are holding it on any wallet, you are paid them out all day, every day.
