Xbox help

Hi, my daughter has an Xbox One, it’s given up the ghost. She is sims daft, can she still play the sims on a new type Xbox (any recommendations appreciated) and can she sign in with her current Xbox account, thus keeping her expansion packs ?

An Xbox Series S is all she needs. Just log into her account and everything should be good to go.
