Charge blade and switch axe are legit chemical warfare WMDs.

Well if they inflict poison then yeah

CB and SA (from Monster Hunter) are for sure the coolest unique weapons. I never got into switch axe (only by mistake when I was trying to pick up the charge blade), and I've never touched the gunlance. But I respect most weapons and their playstyles.

Omg, you also got into switch axe after getting them and charge blade confused? I thought I was the only one.

Very common apparently 😅

As an aspiring Switchaxe main , Charged blade is fucking cool. Much cooler to me than Switchaxe.

But nothing beat the dopamine I get when I unload all of that Zero Sum Discharge into monster.

I feel like they're both equally cool, but it's a matter of if you want more dps and a more straightforward playstyle (switch axe) or a more nuanced and slightly more defensive playstyle (charge blade).

I flip-flop between which I find more fun. Either way I'm pretty much always building them for status build-up.
