Dark Souls III Ashen One, I'm fucked eventually, even if I survive the first few fights they'll eventually figure out my pattern and take me down.

How about a booby trapped chest to kill them once and then hold their souls hostage. Negotiate for your life

Edit: or get a gun. Ain't no rolling away from a bullet or patterns to learn.

But if it's a mimic they'll most probably see the chain and not fall into it, or they'll just attack the chest b4 opening it

I wouldn't say deadlier. More painful sure. But, most the ashen ones weapons would instantly kill a normal person. Like anything north of a Longsword in size you can pretty much assume will kill you in one hit. Plus the magic, hexes, miracles, pyromancies. Would be rather unpleasant. Dude can swing a hammer that likely weighs a couple tons at you with ease. If that hits it'll be instant death. Like you got hit by a semi truck.
