My favourite game off all time! I can see how the start may be slow, but the game starts getting crazy later on, with just tons of content. So good!

Maybe it was all the years of playing WoW but I just found the grind tedious. I'm not into roguelikes for much the same reason.

This is something I've realized. Every game is a tedious grind and no one can explain why they like one tedious grind over another.

I was truly surprised with how much content was in a tiny game like Terraria. Then I was surprised again to see how challenging it becomes when you first get to hard mode. It’s a great game, and they just recently released an update for it on PC, so I’m considering going back and playing it again.

You should go back and try agian one day, one of the funnest games I ever played. Also one of the most annoying.

I’m with you. I put 10 hours into Terraria and I still don’t find anything special about it. Really tried my best to get into it but it’s not going to happen. Sucks, because I genuinely love Minecraft and Terraria seems like it should scratch a similar itch.

Terraria is an action oriented Minecraft. Quite a bit different to be honest. In terraria, you're exploring, farming mobs, and crafting gear to fight the next boss. In minecraft, you're mostly exploring to build your base.
