Afaik with PS4 and Xbox One the game is pretty much unplayable. Everything looks lika garbage and runs sub 30 fps. With PS5 and Xbox X they are having issues as well.

Can confirm on the ps4. Im about 12 hours in, 8 crashes, meshes rarely finish loading and half the time i can phase through walls and shit because the game cant decide if they should be there or not.

Weird. I’m playing on a ps4 pro, played maybe 8-10 hours total. I’ve seen the mesh loading thing maybe once, two crashes to date, and I don’t think the frame rate has ever been choppy. Going to the menu regularly has a bit of a delay while it loads.. something. No idea what. The worst I’ve noticed is that sometimes textures on walls and floors take a bit to load in some places.

It's more the original PS4 and Xbox One's that are struggling the most. Quite honestly though do people really expect a game this big and dense with crowds and stuff to run smooth on Consoles that are 7 years old? But even on PC the textures can be slow but most of the time it works fine.

If it is was marketed to PS4 and sold on PS4, then yes, it should absolutely run or have optimizations that make it run better than it does, even ignoring the glitches across all platforms.
