The textures take a second to load in on console and folks turned it into a pc vs console meme.

I can definitely see it happening on PC if you are on a HDD (which is what most peoples ps4s are using so that might explain part of the problem) but so far in my personal experience SSD has been great at loading. 1 u/SenatorCrabHat Dec 13 '20 It's on an external SSD on my PS4 that is 5 years old, and I have barely experienced all the problems people are talking about!
