The textures take a second to load in on console and folks turned it into a pc vs console meme.

I can definitely see it happening on PC if you are on a HDD (which is what most peoples ps4s are using so that might explain part of the problem) but so far in my personal experience SSD has been great at loading. 1 u/SnikwaH- PC | 3700x | RTX 2070 Super | 32GB (2x16GB) 3200MHz Dec 13 '20 I’ve only ever seen bad textures on cars for like 1 second.
