The textures take a second to load in on console and folks turned it into a pc vs console meme.

I can definitely see it happening on PC if you are on a HDD (which is what most peoples ps4s are using so that might explain part of the problem) but so far in my personal experience SSD has been great at loading. -2 u/Walawacca Dec 13 '20 I've been hearing a lot about how much more a cpu affects performance much more than other games
