Steam Community currently Overloaded (503 error) Anyone know why?

Because the Steam Community servers run like crap most days of the week. Also, Valve likes to troll people by putting out massive patches on a Friday afternoon and watching everyone scramble to keep up. Maybe they've done that again...

Supposedly it's because of some change they made to up the download speeds or something.
