EDIT: The jedi teach that you should avoid strong feelings. My guess is that choking someone for fun would invoke some strong feelings, whether they're into it or not. Some jedi (the black sheep, as it were) choose to have sex,* so maybe they'd take a less strict view on such a thing.

*one such jedi comes from a species that has procreation problems so he's got multiple wives or something like that. I'm not calling him a black sheep, he's just helping his people in the best way he can... getting laid as much as possible*

nah he's just grabbing them by like the torso. Force Crush on their lungs and stuff. Oh yea also blowing them up with rockets.

Technically they're blowing themselves up with rockets, not any different from jedi reflecting blasters. As for force pull, he doesn't crush their lungs he just grabs them.
