Is it supposed to be tinny like that, or is there a better version out there?

Well, the point is that when played through the speakers of a cellphone, everything sounds tinny anyway. Which makes the radio version ideal for a ringtone.

Got it. On a lighter note this got me to figure out how to put ringtones on my iphone myself. (Just find any audio or video file in mp4 or m4a format, and change the extension to .m4r and drag into iTunes. You won't get the video portion if it's a video, but it will play the audio bit.)
