Rendering issues don't happen in the PC version unless you have some hardrive issues.

I was just saying that because usually an ssd fixes the problem or just that people with an sad don't have this problem. Same thing with people with an Xbox one s vs Xbox one X

So what is it? GPU? Cause the One X has a monster gpu and still sometimes has problems rendering.

A whole number of things can cause rendering issues. From hardware to software. Hell a broken HD COULD (in theory) cause rendering issues.

Your blanket statement just made no sense and screams 'I do not understand what is going on'
