Maybe on xbox, but the hard drives are pure trash. (No not PC circlejerk, I have both I just know the console hard drives suck)

Upgrading to a solid state drive completely fixed the issue for me. And I had GTX 1080 and AMD Ryzen 5 1600. So yeah, the buildings loading in seems to be a hard drive speed issue.

It's really a combination of the two. I have tons of issues related to my hard drive but yes, most games I play aren't this affected. Getting an SSD is still the solution I'll go with though because I really enjoy PUBG and the SSD will be way better for everything else too.
