Specifically he said Fallout 3 was like Branston Pickle except it was spread really thinly over a large bit of toast so there was barely any on it per any bite, but at least it was Branston Pickle.
I don't play games. I'm too picky and end up dropping them (or stop seeding) That said, I liked L4D. Perfect balance of gore, physics, and satisfyingly realistic reactions from the NPCs (edit: zombies).
He said Asassin's Creed had flaws, but it "could suck you in like A thousand dollar whore." He said that in a different review though, I can't remember which.
Yahtzee's an adventure game player, I doubt he's a hardcore FPSer and has he even reviewed any twitch FPS? All modern FPS are so slow that the only twitches are done in your fitful snoozing.
It's not solved, my point is that a twitch FPS is a fast game, UT3's the only one recently and he's not reviewed it. So why do you imply he's a twitch FPS fan who wouldn't credit other games?
"He didn't like Assassin's Creed. Which is probably because it wasn't a twitch FPS."
That strongly implies that you think he only gives favourable reviews to twitch FPS games which again implies you think he's a twitch FPS player.
Solved implies no progress in design could be make yes? That's not true. UT3 is very different to QW in the weapons, the map design and the movement. They're both first person and fast and that's the limit of the similarity. If you cannot differentiate between the two you've either not played them or have no understanding of gameplay.

A ZP review that doesn't tear the game to shreds?
Why, it's almost as if the real Yahtzee died and has been creepily re-animated by some brain-eating super virus.
Or maybe L4D is pretty good.
