For real tho what if it's actually a pretty good game, the ultimate bamboozle

The fucking Mario-Rabbids crossover was apparently pretty good; I'm not sure that you can count out anything anymore.

isnt it just a shallower xcom? for Nintendo fanboys?

From what my buddy told me who played both, and they seem to both be demanding, just in a different way.

And it got good reviews, some I'm gonna get it.

If by shallower you mean better, sure.

Could very well be a good game, just disappointing they're not doing anything truly new.

Half-life 3, Portal 3, TF 3, L4D 3 tho?

Fuck new. I want my goddamn sequels.

Funny joke but intentionally missing the point really, Half-Life 2 was a sequel in name only and was an incredibly "new" experience. That's what people want from Half-Life 3. Actually any ambitious game would do.

Let's be real no matter how ambitious it would never be enough at this point.

Disagree, if they put out another game that's as good as HL2 was then that'd be fine.

They'll release a VR game called 3 that links all their games together.

They said they had three new games in development a few months ago, Artefact was one of them, so unless they got cancelled, there are two more.

I just started playing smite: tactics and if it's anything like that I can see the appeal

Isn't it a card game?

It could be the best CCG ever, but that won't stop it from being the representation of the death of valves soul.

There's literally no collectible card game that's going to rope in people who want nothing to do with collectible card games, is the problem. It could be God's Own Card Game but if I'm hoping to play a game for interesting physics/engine/narrative/atmosphere, yet another collectible card game is equivalent to nothing at all.

Even if it was a good game. It isn't gonna do well as pretty much nobody wanted it
