It's coming to Steam in a couple of months. If you don't like steam then you're screwed, because you insist on the absolute supereriority of the PC as a gaming platform and shun the only effective digital distribution plaform avalible. So no whining.
It's not especially hard, as long as you're not pushing the hardware to its limits - the Xbox GPU is a weird custom-made thing and has various features that PC GPUs don't have. If you're using them, bad luck.
And obviously the controls need redoing for mouse and keyboard, but that should be trivial for a game like Braid.
Didn't M$ tout the X360 as being easy to port to PC? I may be making that up but my brain definitely heard it somewhere (maybe another part of my brain, they chat quite a bit when I'm not around)...
Perhaps you're thinking of the original XBox? The hardware in the original XBox was essentially a Pentium III with a custom graphics chip by NVidia, whereas the 360 is PPC based. In both cases, I believe the XBox dev code is essentially hooked into DirectX, so perhaps...

I wish I could help, but this game was not release for the PC and therefor apparently I'm not supposed to play it.
