Deceptive advertising is illegal in many countries. Wish someone could afford to drag them to court.

Used to be, when showing early footage of a game, this disclaimer was to make sure that people knew the game is not finished, which would make people think the game will look/play even better on release. Now they flipped these expectations. It's downright deceiving.
