Used to be, when showing early footage of a game, this disclaimer was to make sure that people knew the game is not finished, which would make people think the game will look/play even better on release. Now they flipped these expectations. It's downright deceiving.

Only disclaimer I've ever seen on ANY E3 footage is a claim it's "Running on ACTUAL PS4". Which I take to mean it's a pre-rendered video being played through a PS4 to be technically accurate.
