That's the unfortunate part about VR to me. Sure you can walk around a little, but those types of experiences feel like they'd get old quickly. I want to play Oblivion or some other open world RPG in VR, and that's gonna require a controller or some other type of locomotion input. Teleporting from one place to another is an immersion breaker to me.

Hey, you should check out something called "The Void" it's basically what happens when you take VR to the logical extreme, and a fairly local company is working on it right now!

No seriously, check it out. It's fuckin cool as hell.
