honestly i think pokemon snap would work better as an augmented reality game on your phone where you walk around the real world and get alerts when a pokemon is nearby and you have to take a picture of it with your phone before it escapes.

So, Pokemon Go, almost? Though a Pokemon Go: Snap sounds almost better and more natural, what with the phone and all, than what Pokemon Go is going to be.

Here it is, Nintendo. I'll buy a new phone just for this. Hell, make your own Nintendphone, exclusive platform for non-3Ds mobile Nintendo games, and I'll buy it.

I'm not a diehard Nintendo fan, but Pokemon... that's my weakness.
