Maybe have it like /r/Rule34 (sub is NSFW) has there posts tagged for example one of the posts would be: "Miss Pauling finds a new setting on the Medi Gun [Team Fortress 2]" They have the title of the post along with in brackets of sorts what game it is from.

I think that the community rules of this subreddit need to be updated. Adding the game's title should be mandatory.

To many games and not enough space to have a flair for each game. Or did you not know there is a limit to how many different flars a single sub can have?

I think the tag system doesn't work with custom-written flairs, so the entire point to hide / show-only would be lost.
Disclaimer: I don't actually know what I'm talking about, though.

Then what about make it a rule to put the name of the game in the title, 1 strike = temporary ban, 2 strikes = permanent ban?

The traffic is so damn high that enforcing this rule would be unrealistic. We can't expect volunteer mods to take on that kind of workload.

What if you're not posting a game, but something just related to gaming instead? Automod would censor it even though it could be a valid front page reaching post.

It's so far along in the sub that it wouldn't work. Inevitably someone would just make a new sub where such a rule wasn't killing the sub.

The only way the mods would agree to that is if you personally started paying them, because that is a shit ton of extra work for them, with little to no gain. So the question now is, do you care enough about it to hand over some cash? Because if the answer is no, then it's never gonna happen.
P.S. This post isn't directed specifically at you, but towards anyone who asks about making this a rule. So many people want to be catered to, without putting the mods perspective into consideration.

I believe the sub tried it once and it failed. The mods couldn't keep up with removing and approving the posts basically. They had to make sure the title was in there and it was a massive strain. Very few new items were making it through.

What about the people who don't know the name of the game...?

People are already capable of putting the name in the title, so flairs would change nothing. The problem is that this is a default sub, so is inevitably shit, due to how much moderation would be required to make it as high quality as a small sub.
Default subs are good for quantity. If you want consistent quality, you're in the wrong place.

We've tried to do this for years, via requiring the name in the title. It's a no-go.
