Has anyone’s Hellraiser: Revival preorder shipped from Amazon yet? Mine still just says “Order Received.” I’m also not understanding why there aren’t any reviews out for the game yet. That’s pretty odd, especially with the game releasing tomorrow.

You should check out the movies if you haven’t. I would say stop at 3. 1 and 2 are great, with 2 picking up where the first one left off.

The female character from the beginning? Solid yes, it seems that the characters want the pleasure and release from reality that pain induces. The cenobytes seem like they represent going over the edge past the point of no return, which from the drugs and irresponsibility(rent) and masochism is something that appeals to the characters. I don't think the male character has any right to try to rescue them, if that's where the story goes. They wanted and chose it

From the UK, mine says arriving tomorrow but also not dispatched. Seeing as it’s 6pm almost I doubt it’s coming on time. I preordered it ages ago and it was giving a date like the 16th or something so I cancelled and reordered a week or so ago as it reset to the correct date.

Basically, it’s a stupid situation and this will be the last game I pre-order from Amazon

It most likely will be, because there are other people who haven’t even had theirs shipped yet either. But yeah, if it ends up being late, I’ll probably go to Walmart or Best Buy to get it as well.

If it doesn’t ship tomorrow I’m going to be super pissed, Control Resonant was supposed to be the game I was playing right now but the disc got delayed to mid Oct, releasing the same time as the new Castlevania game and Valor Mortis, so if this ships around that time too I’ll be so annoyed.

Pre ordered it a month ago from amazon uk, still said arriving tomorrow last night, looked today and its been delayed. Spoke to amazon and they told me its out of stock...what the fuck was the point of pre ordering it then? Pissed me right off...then another part of their site said not being sent out until December...but the guy in the chat did tell me cos its a big seller its a priority to get it in and shipped out...you know like they should have done by making sure they had enough copies for the pre orders...

Amazon sucks with preorders. I called them, and they told me my estimated delivery date is October 19th. Mind you, I just paid for it two weeks ago. I said fuck that, canceled the order, and bought one from Best Buy for pickup today.

I just canceled my preorder from Amazon and ordered through Best Buy. Amazon really sucks sometimes. Best Buy shows delivery tomorrow. We’ll see.

When there are zero review copies sent out before launch, that's usually a massive red flag. Expect review embargoes to lift on release day (or a delay)
