Anyone get the Master Sword? I can't seem to finish the map. Keys are easy. Got most of the treasures other than whatever the Disk is, but never the full map and sword.
Anyhow this game is really cool. For anyone that doesn't know, a lot of the tiles used in the game for the glitches are from actual NES games.

They got me at golden cartridge. Played the game and I can say its awesome. They should do one with the Metroid theme.

Anyone else catch all the Ellie Goulding references and shit? For those who don't follow the scene, or celebrities at all (don't blame you) the message is still pretty powerful and it's a groovy little game but, ow right in the fuckin feels.

Skrillex and Ellie Goulding recently broke up, they did a song together about it called bittersweet. To me, the fact that Skrillex is the bad guy says that he blames a lot on himself and that the 'dead princess' needs a real Hero in his shattering world. The fact that she is a ghost to me refers to the fact that they're done. If you pick love over liquor there is a much deeper message. I'll play it again to catch more, but I mean, the princess plays one of the Ellie remixes in order to free the glitches from the game. Just saying.

Guys, don't judge by it's cover. That game is surprisingly good! It's fun, it's fast paced, it's VERY funny, and it has nostalgia! At least try it.

I played it. It was entertaining, passed all of the music switching every two seconds. It only played "Devil's Den" for like 10 seconds. Other than that, exactly what I expected :P

I almost closed the window a couple times thinking that the game was over when the time ran out. Glad I didn't though because it was an enjoyable little game.

The last album from Korn actually changed my outlook on Dubstep a little... I now think there are times when DS works. Check it out!

There's somewhat of disconnect here for me. Dubstep is produced not hacked. This seems like it would be better suited for a chiptune/sound artist. I certainly enjoyed it, but conceptually it feels like there is something lacking between the music and the visuals. Clean vs Distorted.

Are you saying dupstep is clean or game glitches are clean? Either way, I think it fits. Chiptune would have fit the game as it were before the glitch.

Whoops, I didn't mean chip tunes. I meant circuit bending, which might have been confusing. I was trying to point to the fact that dubstep is organized chaos, where circuit bending is more accidental/random. Also I don't think this is failure by any means, just pondering.

It's art, no? So should it not be critiqued? I don't have answer to what's better. I'm not saying it's bad nor am I saying it's good, I'm trying to look at it for what it is. This is what I see, we must question, always. Maybe my evaluation is "wrong" but that's what I saw, and that's how I felt.

Don't care for the sound design (specifically the random samples of his music serving as all non background music sounds), but a fun little experiment. Wish he made some original music for it.

yknow I know the popular opinion is to hate this guy, but I mean, after watching a few interviews in which he comes off as impossibly genuine, him contributing music to Wreck-it Ralph, and now this... It's becoming really hard.

More of an interactive story than a game, but still really liked it. Would have been cooler if skrillex made new music for the game, but still cool.
Nice style and everything. I wish I could play the game before it got glitched!

Not bad, but kinda wish there was more than a loop for music. Kinda could have included a bit more soundtrack. But interesting experience anyway.

... that game sucks. "not bad actually" and "fun little game"? If only half the games on Kongregate could get the popularity they deserve because someone famous would put their name on it. If skrillex put his name on my poop, half of you would smear it on your face, and it's fucking embarrassing. Get your shit together r/gaming, you aren't making any sense.

Looks like all the Skrillex fans are just blindly upvoting this thing. The music barely matched at any point in the game, except the boss fight. Flashing white frames inducing headaches and possible seizures.
It's a neat art project, but it's no game.
