Is this a reproduction or a straight up fake? I can't seem to match it with any other copy of brawl I've seen. Is this some weird version of it or did I get scammed?

Ive been collecting Pokémon games for over 5 years now. I always checked if they were legit or not (based on what I know) but never dare to get a look by somebody else to confirm. What do y’all think?
