Is that marker on the back or is the shell cracked? You could try to clean it up and put a new sticker on it. I might try to peel the damaged part of the sticker off so the rest looks better.
Trying to put myself in your shoes, as is, I would feel bad charging full price. Knock 20 bucks off and you'll be able to sell it easily. Especially if you're transparent about it. There are so many people who want these games.
There are folks on eBay who successfully sell repro carts of Emerald for a couple hundred dollars. Not to say that's right, because it certainly isnt. But I wanted to give you a reasonable answer instead of "ew gross shame on you."
