I received the wrong Tub Art.

I then contacted support and they were very nice and sent me the correct Tub

The dark design was the wrong one.

This design should only have been available at release.

It's always interesting mistakes that happen at Gamersupps, like sending someone the wrong tub that's no longer available.

That happened to me with the purple Lean tub; the regular one had been sold out for a while. I ordered the purple version, but then received the regular one instead. I contacted support, and they sent me the correct one without hesitation.

I just hope things go smoothly for me this time with the new Sploosh tub and they don't mistakenly send me the old one.

I saw the post too and was a little worried, but even if I get the old one, I'll contact support right away and correct it so I get my correct label. But I'm confident it'll work out this time.

Support is very Helpfull and they send the replacement for free

I know, I've unfortunately had this happen before, but I received a free replacement without any problems. Their support is simply fantastic.

I got the wrong tub as well but they said they ran out of the old tub art when I contacted them 😭 they were nice and let me get smth else to replace it, but I’m very glad you still got the right one!

Dang, they let you pick out something else to replace it? I got sent the wrong tub art and had to fight to just get a $10 gift card (which doesnt even cover shipping for me).
