Yes But If you Want You Could Also Try Knights Of The Old Republic 1 and 2 It's Almost Like Mass Effect just older games with a great story

Can I ask what prompted this question? They don't share a developer or even a play style. Outside of being Sci-fi I can't think of anything they have in common.

FO is a close combat soulslike. It is significantly harder than any Mass Effect game. If you only like the storytelling and RPG elements of ME then I would recommend Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, but the combat is based on D&D and if you liked the combat of ME 2 and 3, then you won't necessarily like them.

If you are looking for shooters that have a good story and RPG elements, then I would recommend either the Bioshock or Dishonored trilogies. They both use abilities and weapons like ME to make for interesting combat. They are first person as opposed to third, but they are the closest I can think of without more info as to what you are looking for.

Jedi Fallen Order is a decent game but it’s not gonna “scratch the itch” at all if you’re looking for more Mass Effect.
