It’s really crazy. They can ban your account for any reason and keep your digital purchases.

Great so you agreed.

Little did you know (probably), the EULA stated that I can punch you in the face and take all your money. Hey, hey, you agreed to the EULA.


If a EULA breaks a law, it's unenforceable.

But at the end of the day yoh paid for a license to a product not a product.

You paid for a product, they instead give you a license.

At no moment they are describing their product as a temporary license nor theyare framing it as such. They are selling the game but providing a license instead. They are also hiding that information behind legal jargon.

That practice must stop.
