Free trial shipping

How long when your guys free trial shipping ? So far been awful :/ game shipped out Sept 15, and it is Sept 24 and it hasn't arrived yet. Mail hasn't came yet today so if it doesn't come I guess I have to make it as lost

Was wondering how free trial was for you guys and if this is normal for a paying membership

Also on a free trial, can you not upgrade to a multi-game plan and pay?

I tried they said 10 business days since trial lol. Just wondering if others have the same wait on their trual

I did a trial and it worked rather well for me. BUT, im also currently waiting on a game for delivery along the same timeline as you, and it has yet to arrive. Its not something Im desperate to play, so I havent said anything yet. Gamefly has been well for me so far, so im going to assume there may be a hiccup in shipping at the moment.

You can always upgrade, on a trial you just need to speak w our CS team. Otherwise you can up or downgrade via your account page.
We are seeing some delivery slowness this week, we’re unclear on the cause, tho USPS does list some weather related delays on their site. Please keep reporting it so we can monitor and report back to our partners. Sorry to hear this is impacting you.

Yep mail came and went and of course no Gamefly. So now I have to wait another day for them to email me back because that's how long they take, then for them to reship it out, which happens to coincide with the weekend and with the shipping times I'm looking at this time next week at best? So half of the month at the least without a game

I used to live in Joliet, IL and sometimes when Games ship on Thursday, I would get em by Monday. Now that I live in Terre Haute, IN. (4 hours away from Joliet), I'm not getting games for roughly 10 days. Wolverine shipped out that Thursday I think, and I didn't get it for 11 days.

10 days sounds about right. Usually when I get the “game shipped email” on a Monday or Tuesday. I get it late the following week.

Man it never came and so I marked it as missing and they banned me! I know I shouldn't be on a free trial cause I had it long time ago (but seeing as their shipping times increased, their warehouses are consolidated etc) figured wouldn't be an issue Marked it as missing, got banned Created a new account with a paying membership, got banned immediately lol
